A project that replaces the obsolete<\/h2>\n

Potato and spinach cream soup, broccoli frittata, cheese and apple casserole, bruschetta with hummus, potato wedges with cabbage, dumplings with meat…<\/p>\n

And many more delicious dishes are on the menu of a patient of a Ukrainian hospital. Such an alternative proposal in contrast to the classic hospital menu – from the chef of the “Fuditsina” brand Vitaliy Vasylenko and the doctor-nutritionist Svitlana Fus – in cooperation for changes in the medical nutrition system and, at the same time, within the regulatory documents regulating the field of patient nutrition in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
