And many more delicious dishes are on the menu of a patient of a Ukrainian hospital. Such an alternative proposal in contrast to the classic hospital menu – from the chef of the “Fuditsina” brand Vitaliy Vasylenko and the doctor-nutritionist Svitlana Fus – in cooperation for changes in the medical nutrition system and, at the same time, within the regulatory documents regulating the field of patient nutrition in Ukraine.

Purpose of the menu:

Offer a specific list of dishes for a varied and balanced diet of patients within the framework of Order No. 931 of the Ministry of Health

Make patient nutrition a truly effective tool for recovery

Emphasize the patient’s individual nutritional needs and preferences

To prove that creating a modern menu for the patient is possible even on the basis of Order No. 931
